Site Survey

Photovoltaic site assessment and audit

  1. An assessment of the past year of electricity consumption. The cost per month and the corresponding greenhouse gas emissions as a result of the electricity consumed. This is dependant on you or your organization supplying the auditor with past electricity bills.
  2. Recommendations to reduce future electricity consumption enabling you or your organization to reduce costs. This means that even if we can’t install solar PV at your site, you will still have a comprehensive list of areas you can change to conserve electricity and cut operating costs.
  3. The projected cost for installation. Certain factors may increase or decrease the usual cost of installation. The survey is critical to determine these factors.
  4. The projected income generated for grid tied systems. How much your system will earn for you and how soon it will pay you back based on size and
    location.
Using RETScreen, a computer program designed by the Canadian government and recognized around the world as a powerful tool for renewable energy analysis, our engineering team will provide a thorough financial analysis and emission reduction analysis, giving you or your organization clear visibility of all the benefits of installing PV.
You can't manage what you don't measure.

Let us help you determine how suitable your site is with a list of energy saving recommen-dations and the benefits of a solar PV or a solar hotwater system specific to your site.

If the survey process is favorable and the project moves to the installation phase, the cost of the audit will be deducted from the cost of installation.
